Shipping Policy

Thank you for shopping with ALH Laser (Americana Laser). This Shipping Policy explains how orders are processed, shipped, and delivered.


Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days unless otherwise stated.

For custom or personalized laser-engraved items, processing time may take 3–7 business days, depending on the complexity of the order and current production volume.

Orders are not processed, shipped, or delivered on weekends or holidays.

If we experience a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed slightly. Customers will be notified if there is a significant delay.


Shipping Rates and Delivery Estimates

Shipping charges for your order are calculated and displayed at checkout.

Estimated delivery times depend on the shipping method selected and the carrier. Typical delivery estimates:

  • Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days

  • Expedited Shipping: 2–3 business days

Please note that delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed.


Shipment Confirmation and Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email that includes your tracking number. Tracking information typically becomes active within 24 hours.


Shipping Carriers

We ship orders using trusted carriers such as:

  • USPS

  • UPS

  • FedEx

The carrier used will depend on package size, weight, and delivery location.


International Shipping

At this time, international shipping may not be available. If international shipping becomes available in the future, shipping rates and delivery times will vary depending on destination.

Customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees required by their country.


Damaged, Lost, or Stolen Packages

ALH Laser is not responsible for packages that are lost or stolen after delivery confirmation.

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damaged item and packaging so we can assist you.


Incorrect Shipping Address

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout.

If an order is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address, the customer may be responsible for additional shipping fees to resend the package.
